TERMS OF SERVICE & COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE

NOTICE REGARDING BRANDING & CORPORATE IDENTITY:
Lyra’s Cuck HQ is a registered trademark and operating brand under Lyra Social Group LLC. All content, community infrastructure, branding, bot frameworks, and associated digital services are protected property of Lyra Social Group LLC. Access to and participation within any Lyra’s Cuck HQ platform—including but not limited to the official Discord server, voice networks, interactive integrations, and web portals—are strictly conditional upon adherence to these Terms of Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By joining, accessing, interacting with, or participating in any service, channel, or sub-platform operating under Lyra’s Cuck HQ, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately disconnect and leave all associated platforms.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRADEMARK NOTICE

All names, logos, server iconography, bot copy, specialized role structures, and branded material associated with Lyra’s Cuck HQ are proprietary assets of Lyra Social Group LLC.

Unlawful reproduction, cloning, or commercial exploitation of the Lyra’s Cuck HQ brand or infrastructure without explicit written authorization from Lyra Social Group LLC is strictly prohibited.
User-generated content posted within Lyra’s Cuck HQ platforms remains the property of the creator, but grants Lyra Social Group LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate said content across its network.

3. COMMUNITY ATMOSPHERE & THEMATIC BANTER CODE

Lyra’s Cuck HQ operates under a specific mock-toxic, hierarchical, and flirtatious community theme. Participation in this environment requires an understanding of the boundary between on-brand server culture and genuine malice.

4. ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY & MODERATION

Lyra’s Cuck HQ operates as an absolute dictatorship under the authority of Supreme Dictator Lyra and designated staff members representing Lyra Social Group LLC.

Management Discretion: Server administration reserves the absolute right to mute, kick, ban, or restrict any user at any time, for any reason, with or without prior warning.
No Entitlement to Access: Access to Lyra’s Cuck HQ platforms is a revocable privilege, not a right.
Appeals Process: Appeals regarding administrative actions may only be submitted through the designated support ticket channel (🎟️-simp-interrogations). Submitting spam or abusive appeals will result in a permanent blacklisting.

5. IT CUCK & TECHNICAL INTEGRATIONS

Participation in technical features, custom bots, telemetry scripts, or multiplayer servers (e.g., BeamMP, VRChat instances) hosted by or linked to Lyra’s Cuck HQ is done at the user’s own risk.

Users must not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, overload, or bypass security features on any custom bot, web bridge (including lyrafoxwood.app/cuck), or server infrastructure.
Lyra Social Group LLC is not responsible for localized software performance issues, game client crashes, or network latency during community events.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Lyra’s Cuck HQ, its staff, and parent entity Lyra Social Group LLC provide all community platforms and services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyra Social Group LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user interaction, server downtime, or third-party platform failures (including Discord or game host services).

7. AMENDMENTS & GOVERNING LAW

Lyra Social Group LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of Lyra’s Cuck HQ platforms constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

By remaining in the server or using any related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service under Lyra Social Group LLC.
